Tis the Season.
Tis the season for what… Overwhelm, over-scheduling, over eating, over spending.
Would you like to do it differently this year? I’d say so!
If we remember the real reason for the season, we can remember to take of what is truly most important. The real reason for the season in Love. What if we make a commitment to practice extreme self love this season? What if you truly put yourself and taking extreme care of you first? What might happen? There might be push back, there might be some upset, but I promise you it will be for the better in the long run.
What would extreme self-care look like for you? Saying No? Giving yourself a break? Treating yourself to a quiet day? Gathering in small groups with dear friends – simply to share each other’s company? Making and taking the time to deeply connect with yourSelf and Spirit in meditation? Deeply connecting with the people you are with?
Would you be willing to make a commitment to You? Take a stand. Say No, when it is the right answer. Say Yes to You. As you do so, you will be amazed at how much more energy you will have, how much you will feel empowered.
